01 I lost my progress when changing phones

If you linked an email to your account, you can recover progress by entering that same email on the new device (Profile → Link email). You'll receive a 6-digit code to confirm. If you never linked an email and your account was anonymous, unfortunately progress isn't recoverable. We recommend linking email as soon as you have meaningful progress.

02 I'm not receiving the email verification code

Check Spam, Promotions and Updates folders in Gmail. The email comes from pistari@logic4learn.com. If 5+ minutes pass without arrival, request it again from the app.

03 My purchases don't appear after reinstalling

Non-consumable purchases (theme packs, full access) restore automatically when you reopen the app, as long as you're using the same Apple ID or Google account that originally purchased them. If they don't show up, go to Profile → Restore purchases. Hints (consumable) are tied to your account — if you had email linked, sign in with that email and they come back.

04 I want a refund

Refunds are managed by the store where you bought: App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play from the Google Play app → My account → Orders. Logic4Learn doesn't have access to your payment data, so we can't process refunds directly.

05 I found a puzzle with an error or ambiguity

Every puzzle in the bank is audited to confirm a unique solution, but if you found something odd, write to us with the puzzle number and a screenshot. We'll investigate and fix it in the next update.

06 How do I delete my account?

You have three paths. If you linked an email to your account, write to info@logic4learn.com from that email and we'll delete your account, progress, purchases and profile within 30 days. If you play anonymously, go to Profile → Account and tap Copy account ID; then email us that ID requesting deletion and we'll process it manually. As a third option, you can simply uninstall the app and your anonymous account will remain inactive until we automatically delete it after a long period of inactivity.

07 The app crashes / closes by itself

Try: close it completely and reopen; restart your phone; check you have the latest version from the store. If nothing works, write to us with: device model, OS version, app version (Profile → About) and what you were doing when it crashed.

08 When are you adding more themes?

We're working on new packs. If you have "full access," you receive new themes added to the catalog at no cost for a period after your purchase (check the terms in effect at the time of purchase). If you have email linked, we'll notify you when something new is released.

09 Is there a web or PC version?

For now we're focused on iOS and Android. The same app is adapted for tablets. We're not ruling out web or desktop versions further down the line.
