Delete your account
How to delete your Pistari account and all your data from inside the app, at any time. Immediate, irreversible, no need to contact support.
You can delete your account and all your data in two ways. Both are immediate and irreversible.
1. In the app (recommended)
Open Pistari → Profile → at the bottom, Delete my account → type the confirmation word → confirm. Your progress, points, hints, milestones, streaks, your public leaderboard entry and, if linked, your email are erased.
2. By email
If you no longer have the app installed, write to info@logic4learn.com with the subject Delete my Pistari account from the email you linked to your account. We process it within 30 days and confirm by email.
3. What is deleted and what is not
- Deleted: your account, progress, points, streaks, hints, milestones, your public leaderboard entry and your email.
- Not deleted: your purchases. They stay tied to your Apple ID or Google account (not to Pistari) and can be restored if you reinstall. Anonymous analytics data is dissociated from your account.
