Pistari — Logic deduction puzzles

In short: You can use Pistari freely. In-app purchases are one-time and don't auto-renew. We are not liable for technical failures or data loss caused by factors outside our control. If you break the rules (cheating, abuse, reverse engineering) we may suspend your account.

1. Acceptance

By using Pistari, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License of use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pistari on your personal devices. The app and its contents (puzzles, illustrations, code) are property of FLADE LLC.

3. In-app purchases

Pistari offers optional purchases:

  • Theme packs: access to all puzzles of a theme across its various difficulties. One-time payment, non-consumable.
  • Full access: access to the complete bank of puzzles available at the time of purchase. One-time payment, non-consumable.
  • Hints: consumables, in packs of various sizes. They are spent when used.

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not have direct access to your payment data. Refunds are managed by the store where you bought.

4. Permitted use

The following is prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the app.
  • Using bots, scripts or automation to solve puzzles.
  • Cheating in the ranking (manipulating times, data).
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse free features.
  • Distributing, copying or redistributing puzzles outside the app.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or cancel your account without refund.

5. User content

If you choose a username for the ranking, you are responsible for it. We reserve the right to remove offensive names.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the app always available, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Pistari is offered "as is". We are not liable for:

  • Loss of progress due to technical failures, device errors or uninstallation.
  • Service interruptions caused by vendors (Supabase, Apple, Google, etc.).
  • Indirect damages, lost profits or consequential losses.

Our maximum liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. If a "Full access" purchase is affected by the discontinuation of the entire app, contact us to evaluate a prorated refund.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will notify you in the app. If you do not agree with the new terms, you can stop using the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that state.
